Idrossilapatite AT
The Idrossilapatite AT application prevents epithelial and connective tissue cells from interfering with bone growth and periodontal tissue growth.
The maintance of a space beneath the membrane by Idrossilapatite AT allows production of new bone tissue and new periodontal tissue and for the prevention of post-surgical reabsorption of the alveolar ridges.
Surface nanometric micro-irregularity of Idrossilapatite AT allows the absorption of plasmatic proteins with function of growth factors and with osteoinductive action.
It is composed by calcium hydroxylapatite with molecular weight 502,32 with nanometric microgranulometry at surface, has been designed and created because its particular granulometry allows the direct manipulation and application of the material into the operating field, thanks to its reciprocal adhesion of the particles.
Sphere shaped granulometry 200-500 micron adhere each other for capillarity and leave continuous intermediate spaces, which have an osteoconductive action and are progressively colonized by bony trabeculations.
Reabsorbable progressively in centripetal direction, towards the inside of the granule in a time span of 6÷60 months, during the formation of new bone.
The absorption time corresponds to the physiological time for the trajectorial remodeling of trabecula bone. To get a good result in Guided Tissue Regeneration, it must be placed Idrossilapatite AT under the Collagene AT membrane.
Main Utilizations:
Implant Surgery allows the application of regeneration materials to prevent postoperative ridge atrophy and atrophic ridges augmentation before implant surgery.
Periodontal Surgery allows guided regeneration in intrabony pockets.
Endodontic Surgery allows new bone growth in the periapical zone without residual cavity.
Oral Surgery allows the filling of post-extractive sockets and prevents bone atrophy.

Idrossilapatite Micrometrica AT
The use of fast hardening Idrossilapatite Micrometrica AT increases the primary retention of implant and prevents epithelial and connective tissue cells from interfering with bone growth and periodontal tissue growth.
Surface micro-irregularity of idrossilapatite micrometrica AT allows the absorption of plasmatic proteins with function of growth factors and with osteoinductive action.
